Safety vs. Production

This is a common debate in the industry, and we have worked with folks all along the spectrum.  As an independent tree service ourselves, we know first hand the pressure to "get it done".

We offer flat-rate pricing that keeps everyone focused on productivity. Meanwhile we have the formal instruction to know what safety measures are appropriate and within industry standards.

NFPA trained and certified, but also aware that in private industry, NFPA can stand for Not For Practical Application.  We have the experience to know the difference!

We don't claim to have every gadget you might find on YouTube and on the internet, but we are well-equipped to get the job done. We do not mix rigging and life safety equipment. All our equipment is from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and is compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Six years climbing experience in the tree industry.

• Experienced with the common practices of with multi-point rigging, aerial friction, speed lining, false, natural, and floating crotch rigging.

• Rope Rescue Instructor, firefighter, rescue diver, and rescue technician for the largest metropolitan fire department in the region.

• CPR certified, 22 years past experience as a Paramedic.  EMT certified.

• Over 20 years as NFPA-compliant certified Rope Rescue Technician.
