  Friday, August 7th: Practice @ Ashworth 3:30-5:30 pm Parent meeting to follow

• Second week's practice schedule:

Monday, August 10th: Practice @ Ashworth 3:30-5:30
Tuesday, August 11th: Practice @ Ashworth 1:00-3:00
Wednesday, August 12th: after school until 5:30
Thursday, August 13: after school until 5:30

• All athletes must have a current physical on file

• Athletes: for the upcoming school year if you choose online, you CAN NOT participate in extra-curricular sports. This includes chorus and band.
