Welcome to the
Perry County Land Bank
The Perry County Land Bank is a newly launched Ohio non-profit entity working to improve housing conditions in our communities.
In November, 2016 the Land Bank was awarded $525,000 from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) to acquire and demolish abandoned, blighted properties and to return their parcels to productive, taxpaying use.
Over the coming months the Land Bank will acquire and tear down 21 blighted houses primarily in New Lexington.
The Land Bank is issuing Invitations to Bid for bids for landscape improvements
to be made on 14 properties owned by the Land Bank in New Lexington, Ohio.
For more information, see this site's Invitation to Bid page.
