If you don't download the whole book, you will spend a lot of time clicking on separate tracks to keep hearing it read to you. So here's what you need to do:
1) Read ALL of the directions (or go back and forth between this page and the new one you will open).
Then, from the list at the bottom of this page, open the folder for the author of the book you chose.
2) If you are signed into your Google account:
In the new page that opens, click once on the book's folder to choose it, then "peace-click" (two fingers) on the folder and choose Download from the pop-up menu.
*If you are using a public session instead of your Google account:
In the new page that opens, move your arrow to the little folder picture (icon) on your book's folder until it changes into a download icon, then click that.
3) Either way, once you start the download, your book will be "zipped" up (it takes a couple minutes) and saved to your "Files" folder app (also called your Downloads folder).
4) When the download is complete, click "SHOW IN FOLDER" before the box goes away (otherwise you'll have to go to your apps and open the Files folder).
5) Now that you are in your book's folder, you will see a list of mp3s/tracks that the reader has recorded for you (just like a music album would have for songs).
If the list doesn't start with number 1 or 01, then click on "Name" at the top of the list to put the tracks back in order.
6) Finally, all you need to do is click on the first track to start listening to the book! When the first track finishes, it will automatically start playing the next one.
Now click on an author folder below to get started!
You can also click on the square-shaped "pop-out" tool at the top right corner of the list to view the list on its own page.
(Just move your pointer to the corner and the square will appear.)
