Worship is liturgical and typically follows the church calendar and lectionary. One element of our service is recognition of and prayers for our military and their families. We also enjoy special music presented by Chancel/Adult Choir, Chamber/Youth Choir, or guest musicians. Come and join with us as we worship God!
This Week in Worship
April 8, 2018
In the light that shines forth from Easter, we see most clearly. When we see ourselves in this light, both our greatest glory – really, the Father’s glory shared upon us – and our greatest shame – all our sins and shortcomings – are revealed. The light that issues forth from the empty tomb has a way of penetrating our hearts. Living in this light means learning to live in the grace of God, which – itself – means learning to live with the reality of our sins. We try for good, “but if…” still happens. Thanks be to God, then, that we an advocate with the Father.
