SATURDAY & SUNDAY

This weekend I want all Cool Kids to get some milage under your feet.

This means a nice enjoyable long run on a dirt trail. The weather will be great for this!

Run your distance milage on Saturday and repeat it on Sunday.

Run as a group or with a parent.

Example, if you are a 3 mile runner, run 3 miles on Saturday and again 3 miles on Sunday. Same if you are a 4 mile runner.

Reward yourself immediately afterwards with chocolate milk or an ice cream shake.


NOTE: All September 100 Mile Challenge sheets are due Tuesday!!


MONDAY:

  • Off (or cross-train) -- swim 20 minutes in a pool, or bike ride for 20-30 minutes.
