If Real-Time Views are Unavailable:
If real-time views are not available, reopen the install ticket and escalate to the India Field Tech Support Team. Additionally, escalate the issue to the Field Technician who installed the unit and their supervisor for immediate resolution. The MIP process can not go forward until live views are present.
If Supporting Documentation is Missing:
If live views are available but other supporting documentation is missing, continue with the MIP process but reopen the install ticket. Escalate the issue to the India Field Tech Support Team and also to the Field Technician who installed the unit and their supervisor. Inquire why supporting documentation was missed and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
