DRUM Recital

In Singing Assembly we were treated to a fantastic drumming performance by Phoebe and her drum teacher Barney Stevens from Dorset Drum School.

Phoebe chose Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes, followed by Barney's choice of Are You Gonna Go My Way by Lenny Kravitz and a grand finale of We Will Rock You by Queen where the whole school got to join in.

The children absolutely loved this live performance!

Violin Recital

Y3 Benedetti Foundation Workshop at Damers First School

The Benedetti Foundation are a charity run by the amazing violinist, Nichola Benedetti.

As well as the workshop at Damers, our school 'string section' spent a day at The Thomas Hardye School with the foundation. Great #InspiredToLearn in action!
