PRIVACY POLICY — FLORAGRAM
1. INTRODUCTION
Pricus Technology Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Floragram
mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle
information when you use Floragram.
Floragram is a creative design app that lets you turn names into floral
artwork, save bouquets to a local library, and share images when you choose.
By using Floragram, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use Floragram, you may enter or create:

This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
2.3 Information we do NOT collect

- Let you create, edit, save, and organize bouquets
- Remember your language and app settings
- Export or share images when you choose to share
We do not sell your personal information.
4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
When you tap Share or Save Image, the App uses your device's system features
(for example, the Android Share sheet or gallery save). You choose which app
or contact receives your image. We do not control third-party apps you share
with.
4.2 We do not share data with third parties for marketing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third
parties for marketing purposes.
5. THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES AND SERVICES
Floragram is built with Flutter (Google). The App uses open-source packages
listed in our pubspec.yaml. Below are all direct dependencies included in

Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
(2) flutter_localizations (Flutter SDK)

fonts.gstatic.com) via the http package.
Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#what_does_using_the_google_fonts_api_mean_for_the_privacy_of_my_users
(5) shared_preferences (v2.5.5)

bouquet library index as JSON in device storage).
Data: All data remains on your device in the app's private storage.
Not uploaded to our servers.
Platform: Uses Android SharedPreferences / equivalent native storage.
--- 5.2 Transitive dependencies (included via packages above) ---
These libraries are not listed directly in pubspec.yaml but are bundled into
the release app as dependencies of the packages above:

file. The destination app you select is responsible for its own privacy
practices.
- Google Fonts (hosted service)
Font delivery is operated by Google. See Google's privacy policy above.
6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
- Your bouquets, notes, and settings are stored in the App's private
storage on your device.
- Bouquet preview and artwork images are saved in the app's internal files
directory (via native Android file APIs).
- We do not operate backend servers to store your bouquet content.
- No method of storage is 100% secure, but we design the App so your
creative content remains on your device under your control.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall
Floragram.
- Deleting a bouquet in the library removes that bouquet from local storage.
- Uninstalling the App removes locally stored app data from your device
(subject to your device and operating system behavior).
- Cached Google Fonts files are removed when you uninstall the App.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Floragram is a general creative app and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe
a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will
assist with removal where applicable.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete
personal information. Because Floragram stores data locally on your device,
you can manage or delete your content directly in the App or by uninstalling
the App.
For privacy-related requests, contact us using the details in Section 12.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Floragram is available to users in multiple countries. By using the App, you
understand that information you create is processed and stored on your device
in your country or region.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the
updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after
changes means you accept the updated policy.
