Research and choose an NHS career that interests you.
Create materials to promote the career. Include:
A job description to capture the key responsibilities
Qualifications, skills, and experience needed
Your job advert should be fun and lively to appeal to your peers. You can make any kind of job advert you like!
Competition Criteria
Competition Criteria
You can enter individually or in teams of up to four.
It is a nationwide competition. The national winning entry will receive a prize for their school and £50. Regional winners will receive £25.
You will be judged on:
Student appeal 20%: Is your job advert fun and lively?
Creativity 30%: Do you have creative ideas? Have you created something different?
Understanding of chosen role 30%: Do you understand the NHS role, the duties involved, and the qualifications and skills needed?
Structure and presentation 20%: Is the idea showcased effectively?
