Students and families, we are so excited to work with you this school year, and we know we will have a wonderful year. However, to ensure everyone knows expectations, please read the 4th grade expectations below.
1.) Work will be organized, neat, completed/submitted on time.
2.) Effort will be demonstrated in learning (i.e. paying attention during class, participating, etc.).
1.) Proper behavior will be displayed inside and outside the classroom at all times.
2.) Respect will be given/shown to all adults and peers.
Each teacher has specific in-class consequences for misbehavior in the class and incomplete/late assignments. Your child's teacher will let your child and you know their in-class expectations.
1.) It is a requirement that students read at least 20 - 30 minutes each night to help them become better readers.
2.) Writing responses and opinions tends to be difficult for students, so a huge emphasis is placed upon practicing how to use a question in a response AND use evidence to support the answer.
3.) Students will bring home missing or incomplete work to finish at home.
4.) Students will have a weekly grammar/spelling task to complete at home.
5.) We have snack daily, so feel free to send your child with a healthy snack (crackers, fruit, granola bar, etc.). They will also get the opportunity to purchase milk with their snack.
Hello, My name is Arianna Kelly and I am looking forward to a fantastic year! I graduated from UW-River Falls in May of 2021 with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my fourth year teaching 4th grade at Prescott. I live in Hudson, WI where I grew up and am happy to work somewhere so close to my family and friends. When I am not teaching I enjoy boating, exercising, shopping, going to concerts, and reading.

Welcome to fourth grade! My name is Sarah Score and this is my seventh year teaching in Prescott. I went to college at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I spent six years teaching third and fifth grade in La Crosse, Wisconsin before coming to work in Prescott. I grew up just across the river in Woodbury, MN and happy to be back home near family. When I'm not teaching I enjoy reading, crafting, running, and spending time with my 3-year-old niece.
