Welcome to Junior High
Determination, Commitment, & Teamwork Make Champions!
We can all learn many things from our Eagles through their continuous determination, commitment, & teamwork, which led to their first Championship. My hope is that each of us uses these same skills to become the best version of ourselves that we can be in this New Year.
This week is a super time to do just that as there are several tests to be taken. Both 7th & 8th are wrapping up Science units this week, so they will have a test Thursday. The 8th grade will also have a Religion test on Tuesday. A final assessment this week is in Vocabulary for the 7th grade, which will be Wednesday. STUDY hard! That is a great way to be a champion in the classroom.
All of us can also look to the legacy left by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on how to be our best. As we approach his holiday, I hope we each find ways to bring about more love, respect, & dignity for our fellow human beings each & every day!
Have a blessed week!
Respectfully in peace,

- High Schools have begun to visit us during Lunch time. Please be sure to ask you child about these visits. It will help start the thinking part of the process about what High School he/she wants to pursue.
- Please remind your child about respect for ALL adults in our school community, especially those like our valuable lunch parents.
