Hello 7th Grade!
Living Stations is this Tuesday! Everyone is invited to come and watch the seventh-grade class perform the Living Stations! This is a mandatory thing for the seventh-graders to participate in. They have been practicing and are doing an amazing job!
Please remember to send in the items needed for the Lent Collection. Monday is the last day for the collection. Please remember to give back to the community. The flyer is listed below.
With the weather being a little bit crazy with the up and down in temperature, we are still wearing Winter Uniforms. The uniforms will be checked! Please make sure your child is wearing the correct uniform, which includes shoes and sweaters. This also includes sweatshirts for gym day. Please check the handbook for what is needed for your child's uniform. This includes no makeup. No lip gloss for the girls!!!!
Service hours are expected to be done! Each seventh grader is responsible for completing 2 service hours. The forms are below.
Seventh graders have up to 2 hours of homework every night. Please take a look at the homework tab for the weekly homework. The other Middle School Teachers will also have homework listed on their websites. Please note that the student's homework is checked daily.
Please take a look at the Scholastic Reading tab. Reading is a big part of what is expected. Your child should be reading at least 20 minutes per day. Scholastic offers a lot of good books for your child. Do not hesitate to place an order!
Presentation BVM Scrip Program is available. The program is designed to help families earn money for educational expenses and to help raise money for our school. Anyone can participate! You can go online at www.raiseright.com or contact Nicole Herbert or Kathleen Hurst.
Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions or concerns.
