Right before the end of Spring Break, I decided to make one more dessert. I had a big tub of ice cream and I wanted to make a treat, so I decided to bake the cookie that surrounds the ice cream sandwich and put the store bought ice cream inside. Then I topped it with butterscotch sauce and sprinkles (of course)! It was delicious! Hope you've been trying some new recipes too! :)

Happy Birthday Sunny!

Hey everyone! I miss you all so much! I hope that you've been having fun and keeping busy! It's been fun to be home with our pets, Ace (the cat) and Sunny (the dog). As many of you know, I am very allergic to cats so I have to interact with her from a distance, but she often likes to keep to herself anyways. Her favorite place to be is cuddled in the cute, little kitty hut shown in the picture. Sunny, whose full name is Sunflower, has been keeping us busy. I'm sure you heard her barking in my video from today (she loves staring out the window, barking at squirrels and birds in our yard). She enjoys going on walks and playing fetch with her toys, as well as stealing and hiding socks from anywhere that she can manage to find one. Tomorrow we are celebrating Sunny's first birthday! We can't wait to give her lots of new toys. I will definitely keep you posted on how her first birthday goes.
