This is an activity that is good for our aerobic capacity and our muscular fitness. It can be done jogging in place, or with a large jogging lap area. When the music plays, jog. When the music stops, drop into plank position until the music starts again.

Health Benefits of ORANGE Veggies like Pumpkin:
We should try and eat lots of colorful fruits and veggies or we should try to eat the rainbow to ensure that we are getting a variety of vegetables that keep our bodies healthy and strong.
The pumpkins we see around Halloween are actually an orange veggie that we can eat so they are a fun and festive way to eat the rainbow!

Pumpkins are also high in fiber which keeps our bellies full.
