Approximately 350 Administrative Support Staff are invited to this virtual professional development event.
What workshops are going to be offered?
A variety of workshops will be offered for everyone from multiple stakeholder groups across the district and some will be also offered from an external community partner.
Where can I find information about the workshops?
Descriptions and links to all workshops are on the Workshop page of Day 1 Workshops and Day 2 Workshops on this main page. Browse through the workshop descriptions and identify the workshops you are interested in attending. Click on the meeting links to join a workshop, you do not need to registrar for a workshop in advance.
Will the workshops be recorded?
Yes, workshops will be recorded for replay purposes. The link to the replay will be posted on the Workshops page the following week after the event.
Will the Keynote Speaker be recorded?
No, the keynote will not be recorded.
How long is the event?
August 11th from 8:30a.m. - 3:30p.m. Workshop Day 1
August 12th from 8:30a.m. - 4:00p.m. Workshop Day 2
If I need a work device, where can I go to get one?

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
You must be registered for the event AND complete the feedback survey to receive your certificate of attendance. Visit the Survey and the Certificate of Attendance page on this website for more information.
Do I need to attend?
Yes, this is a required work day. If you do not participate, you must inform your supervisor and plan to participate in building activities for your school on this day. If you are a part-time employee, you will need to work with your direct supervisor regarding your work schedule on January 29, 2021.
