CTE Programs

Culinary is a class where you get to bake and cook—at school! It's a class run by Ms. Volponi in which she teaches her students how to properly make and prepare food. Culinary has become beloved for making food for our school events. For example, the food at the Harvest Festival was lasagna and caesar salad, made by the culinary class. This week, students in morning advisory were treated to homemade biscuits and gravy. 

In addition to helping make the school smell great, culinary class is also an opportunity to earn your food handler's license, for free! 

Next term, the Culinary students will be working with Leadership to provide delicious snacks for students who are working during the tutorial period. Thanks for all the work you do!
