SCRUM Workshop - Part 2

Let's do the last sprint!

Learnings:

• Don't overcommit
  • all teams planned to do more than 20pts
  • but team productivity was actually ~10pts
  • this resulted in a lack of focus and many work items that were either unfinished or not accepted by the PO
• Don't try to be the Scrum Master and working as a team member at the same time
  • it wil confuse you and make you angry
• Don't do work outside the sprints
  • your time estimates won't work anymore
