- Work in pairs and analyze the CV of your teammate
- Picture (lights, size, background, general visibility)
- Personal information
- name: either "[First Name] [Last Name]" (not the opposite way round!) or you specify
- First Name: ...
- Last Name (or "Family Name"): ...
- contact information needs to be easily discoverable
- don't forget birth date & permit status
- name: either "[First Name] [Last Name]" (not the opposite way round!) or you specify
- Education & Work Experience
- event order: newest to oldest (so, the Education sector shoud start with Powercoders)
- event dates: only month/year, no dates, e.g. "Aug 2015 - Jun 2017" or "since Sep 2017"
- Skills
- level: list your skills including your experience level (excellent, very good, good, fair)
- order: list your best skills first
- Hobbies & other things
- always ask yourself: is this relevant information? If in doubt, ask a colleague
- Hobbies are important! Best case: your interviewer shares a hobby of yours and you can do some small talk. Which is good!
- References
- ask the people you're going to put there first!
