Estate (We are dog friendly!)

Enjoy a two or three night stay for 30 overnight guests. Time and space for Friday's rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, Saturday's hair and makeup, and Sunday's sleep in, relax, and enjoy! One day, pavilion only package is also available.

Pavilion

4,000 square foot pavilion can accommodate up to 300 guests. Chandeliers, string lights, tables, chairs, Bluetooth sound system, unlimited ice included. Four bathrooms  20 feet away with flush toilets, vanities, mirrors, and all the amenities!  Ample time to decorate.

Campground

Four RV hook-ups with 30 and 50 amp service and water. Acres of grass to pitch tents. Two bathrooms with flush toilets, showers with on-demand hot water. 

Venue Investment: Up to 300 wedding/ reception guests 

Two nights:    $5,800 

Three nights: $7,300 

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. The package includes up to 30 overnight guests (inside and/ or camping outside).  There is NO SHUT OFF TIME for the music/reception for two or more night stays.

One day only: $3,000 Friday / $4,000 Saturday / $3,000 Sunday

Please note, one day only does not include house access or overnight stay. Pavilion only. Check-in time is noon. Music off by 11:00 p.m. All people and items vacated by midnight.

There are NO upcharges for anything that we have on the property.  Everything that is on our list is available for you to use for no additional fees or charges.
