Portuguese citizens residing in the state of Utah and its neighboring states now have the opportunity to renew their most important documents without having to travel to the Portuguese Consulate in San Francisco, thanks to the annual consular visits that now come to our state.

The second annual consular visit will take place on October 11, 2024, in the city of Herriman, south of the Salt Lake Valley, at the following address:

5623 West Mirabella Drive, HERRIMAN, Utah 84096 United States (Show on map).

Scheduling an appointment can now be accomplished using the form below.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Consular Acts: The only consular acts that can be performed during this consular visit are:

- Citizen Card renewal

- Passport renewal

2. Appointment Scheduling: Families must schedule 20 minutes for each person who may need to access these consular services, for example, a mother and child who need to renew their passports each will need a 20-minute reservation.

3. Payment Methods: Payment must be made in cash. The costs associated with these services can be consulted here.
