Ms. Segalla's 4th Grade Class

Hola 4th graders! :)

Welcome to the fourth grade! I know that Mr. F and I have truly loved getting to know everyone. Since the beginning of the school year, we have been building a community and establishing routines so that this school year can be filled with lots of learning and growing. I am beyond excited to see what this year has to offer!

This website has many helpful platforms for not only homework but for if we go remote as well.

Our google classroom is VERY important, as it has google meets link on it and comments from the whole class.

Warm regards,

Ms. Segalla

Homework:

Weekend of 11/19-11/21:

  • Read for at least 15 minutes. You can read in a book or epic!

  • Log your reading in your reading log

  • Create a list of non-fiction readings you read at home. We will talk about them on Monday!

There will be no school Wednesday 11/24 to Sunday 11/28. There will be no Learning Works Monday 11/22 and Tuesday 11/23.

Dear families,

I hope that you are having a wonderful year so far. In order for East End Community School to stay safe, we would like you to do a daily symptoms check with your student. If you could, that would be wonderful. I have posted below a link that brings you to video resources and guidance for this school year.

Please feel free to email me at Segall@portlandschools.org or contact me at reachmyteach if you have any questions or would like to share any information with me.

Warm regards,

Ms. Segalla

The students love to moonwalk and because of this, I thought that a great art project would be for them to color a shoe! They LOVED doing this!!
