Rental Information

Stringed instruments come in different sizes to fit growing children. Your child's instrument size is written on their orange permission slip. Use this size when you order your rental instrument!

Rental instruments come with a bow, a case, and rosin. You may choose to purchase a pack of extra items (sometimes called a care kit) which will include a shoulder rest (foam to make holding a violin or viola more stable and comfortable), a cleaning cloth for the strings, and a few other items. You may also choose to purchase a music stand; a stand makes practicing at home much easier.
