High School Distance Learning for Families Choosing Not to Attend School In-Person

Temporary At-Home Learning: Support options for families who temporarily choose not to participate in the return to school..


  • Students will be provided with six credits of instruction in English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, World Language and Physical Education at the minimum under the direction of a certified teacher or accredited virtual learning platform such as Virtual High School or Virtual Learning Academy.


  • While students may transition between distance and in-person learning at any time, it is recommended that changes be made at the end of each academic quarter to support credit attainment and academic success and alignment.
