The aim of this workshop is to share thinking and discuss the pedagogy behind Active Blended Learning central to the University's underpinning principles for online/blended learning. The workshop will explore staff perceptions of the characteristics and features of a module that reflects the pedagogic principles of ABL, and to identify the critical success factors underpinning its successful design and delivery.

Identify the critical success factors underpinning the Active Blended Learning (ABL) in terms of overall design, delivery and evaluation
Discuss the key characteristics and features of a module that reflects the principles of ABL
Create a common vision and guiding principles for Active Blended Learning
