Counselor's Page

Welcome to the Counselor's page! My name is Nora Bondi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I joined the Pope John XXIII team in 2023. 

My role at Pope John is to support students, families and teachers with students' social and emotional learning and development, advocating for appropriate learning accommodations when necessary. I facilitate the integration of our Caring School Community Curriculum, developing life skills and emotional regulation in age-appropriate ways throughout our school.  I meet weekly for Life Skills Advisory groups with our Middle School students.

When not at Pope John, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children (ages 14, 12 and 10), especially when we get to be outdoors hiking, swimming and enjoying nature. I am a long-time parishioner at St Nick's (now St John's) and have led Children's Liturgy of the Word for about twenty years. I also serve as the Confirmation catechist in the Religious Education program. 

I am very grateful to be a part of the Pope John XXIII School community.
