Our Nursery students have been busy building independence as they learn to travel through a variety of movement stations in the big room. These stations included playful animal walks, locomotor skills like skipping, hopping, and jumping, scooter time, balance-beam adventures, and Keepy Uppy; a favorite game where children try to keep a balloon in the air using only their hands. They also loved our lively freeze dance parties, which are not only fun but also great for practicing impulse control.
