Fourth graders entered the Big Room ready for some fun and completed their lap running warm up with the intent to prepare for a fun class. They worked diligently on incorporating their soccer skills within a game setting. The end of the unit was a celebration as remarkable passing and ball sharing took place. Goalies made some thrilling saves and students understood that the outcome of the contests was second to the growth that was on display. Recently, students worked on underhand dodgeball as well as ball movement skill builders featuring tossing, bouncing, and throwing. With a team handball unit on deck, underhand dodgeball coupled with these skill builders will help lead to another fun filled unit.
