Music

Pre-K honored our Hispanic Heritage month by learning to sing the famous Puerto Rican frog song, “El Coqui” and the Argentinian folk song, “Vengan a Ver”. We learned about and danced to different styles of music from Latin America including salsa and reggaeton, and we played a variety of rhythm instruments including drums, maracas, and claves, learning good technique and working on keeping a steady beat and practicing some essential rhythms.
