Fourth Grade Art

Grade 4 students have each selected a painting to recreate on the art studio stools for the 24/25 school year. To familiarize themselves with their chosen artwork, they traced printouts onto shrink film, adding color with paint and alcohol markers. Watching their designs shrink in the toaster oven was a big hit, and many turned the mini versions into keychains! With their stools prepped with gesso, students are now excitedly diving into painting. 

NOTE: We are working with acrylic paint, which is permanent. Please consider clothing on days your student has art:
