Mrs. King

Hi. My name is Mrs. King, and this is my 13th year of teaching here at Eastside Elementary. This is my second year teaching First Grade. I absolutely LOVE teaching these first grade kiddos!

I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors's in Early Childhood Education. I have since then earned a Masters in K-5 Literacy and Math from Walden University and a Specialist in Curriculum and instruction from Piedmont University.  

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jeremy, and we have two precious children. We love spending time together outdoors and traveling. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, reading, and spending time with family. I also enjoy teaching ballet, and any chance I get, I try to visit my best friend Mickey Mouse in Disney World!
