I am a graduate of Rockmart High School, The University of West Georgia, and Jacksonville State University. I began my Career with Polk School District in 2001 at Rockmart High School. My second stop in PSD was Cedartown Middle School where I initially taught Math and went on to serve as Assistant Principal for 6 years before transferring to Rockmart Middle School. I served RMS as Assistant Principal for 4 years prior to becoming the Principal in 2017. Rockmart is my home. My children have attended school in Rockmart. Needless to say, I want what is best for the community I choose to be a part of. If students will take advantage of the things Polk School District has to offer, there is no limit to their potential. At RMS, we will work tirelessly with our students to help them reach any goals they have for themselves.
