If you don't have an account yet, ask Ivy to add you as admin using your PNA account
For interns, you can borrow your supervisor's account for the meantime
Get the credentials from Access sheet from Anchor, Acast, Buzzsprout
Toggle the date range to a month (Ex: Feb. 1 - Feb. 28)
List it in the Listens tab of the Podcast Metric Monitor Sheet
After listing all the listens, use this formula on the first show: =(THIS MONTH'S LISTENS-LAST MONTH'S LISTENS)/LAST MONTH'S LISTENS
Make sure it's in percentage. Click Format > Number > Percentage
Drag the first cell until the end and it will be automatically computed
List all the episodes the show had in that particular month
Compute the total listens of all shows under the network with this formula: =SUM(all cells below)
Compute the total growth of the company vs last month with this formula: =(THIS MONTH'S LISTENS-LAST MONTH'S LISTENS)/LAST MONTH'S LISTENS
Analyze the shows that had a huge dip and increase in listens
For shows that dip, check if they uploaded regularly
Check their social media postings, if they upload regularly
For shows that increased, figure out what they did right
Apply it to the shows that would also benefit from it
Present the sheet on the Marketing Weeklies Meeting
Go to the Trello board for Acast shows
Click Filter > Labels > then check the chosen shows if they're live or not
If it's on live or request, put the request in the waitlist for meantime
If it's not on live or request, put the cross promo plug that you want to use in the tickets
Add the shows you want the cross promo plug to appear to through the labels
We can prioritize the shows who are not performing that well in terms of listenership. (You may refer to the Podcast Metric Monitor Sheet on this one)
We can also prioritize the new shows under the network
The cross promo plug should not appear on both mid-roll 1 and mid-roll 2 of the SAME show
Put a deadline on how long you want the plug to appear
It can be at least 1 month, but it can be up to 3 months too
Put it under Requests then message Angel in the channel and inform her about the new requests on Trello
Angel will move it to Live once she's done doing it
If a ticket is done with its deadline, tag Angel to move it to End
Once it's in the End column, kindly add new Requests using the available mid-roll slots from the End column
Once the new Requests are done, move it to Closed
Prods will ask assigned Marketing person to fill the cross promo column of the episode schedule sheet
All episode schedule sheets are bookmarked in the channels
Either one or two plug will be requested, depending on the length of the episode
Ask the prod how many plug/s they need in the episode if they forgot to mention it
Pick the show with similar concept, demographic, genre of the show
General rule: We can also prioritize new shows and/or shows with lower numbers compared to last month
You can also fill the next few episodes in advanced
Check the number of monthly listens of a certain show for the last 3 months and put it in the Report Card sheet
Duplicate the template so we can have a separate sheet per show
Screenshot the stats on Anchor/Acast and put it in the Report Card sheet
Analyze the following so we can put it in the recommendations part:
Which are the top 3 episodes in terms of listenership?
What do they have in common?
Are the retention rates good?
Average retention rate is 65%. Retention rate refers to the stats of how long people listen to an episode, making it a standard whether the quality of the show is good or not
Are the episode titles good? What are the things they can do to improve it?
What is the show title?
We can also recommend adding a subtitle to it (Ex: Small Talk With Alec Cuenca - Motivation and Mindset Podcast)
Check their social media, check if they're promoting it and suggest ways to promote it
Better if the suggestions will be things that only they can do (IG reels, status posts)
Check other shows on the things that worked with them. What did they do to improve the show and what can we do to replicate it to the other shows?
Tag the prod and podcast manager so they can also share some insights they have to promote the show
At the checkpoint meeting itself, the flow will be like this:
Podcast Manager will show the stats, listens and retention
He/she will ask the prod for their prod-related concerns
He/she will ask Marketing for marketing-related stuff
Marketing will share the report card
Marketing to send the PDF report card on the group chat

The first thing you see in a podcast, some call it the Album art so it already gives you an idea of what the podcast is about
If the host is famous, better if we put the face in there so people can easily click it
If the show is existing, we can have the file sent to us then have Boss Geds include PNA and PM logos
For Spotify Gen Z shows, don't include the PNA, PM logos
Cross promo
Basically like a radio ad that we’ll insert in other shows so we can maximize the reach of the network
We need a recording from them around 15-30 seconds (audio clip)
We usually place the ads on shows with the same topic, age demographics and target market to make it more effective
One thing that we also learned from previous shows is to cross promote it on shows outside the genre so the audience can expand but since we are still building the show from the ground up, we can start first with ad placements to Spotify Gen Z shows.
Cross guesting
This is basically like a collab in vlogs as a way to help each other out through a merged audience.
(for marketeam, pick 3 shows that fit the podcast then suggest it to the podcaster)
Let them know that if they want to cross guest with a podcast under the network, they can easily tap their podmanager then they’ll coordinate
We have no restrictions with cross-guestings outside the network but we’ll let them handle the coordination.
(for marketeam) If we can also give them a general topic on the episode, we can share it to them already
External Partnerships
We have partner NGOs and Publication companies that sometimes tap us for their campaigns so we’ll always ask for their permission if they’re willing to do it
Usual deliverables: mid-roll and cross-guestings of a representative
Ex: World Vision #GirlsCan for the International Day of the Girls, they’re urging people to sponsor a child’s education so they tapped women podcasters

We'll tease and announce the release of the show but we also urge you to promote the show on your own tiktok or ig reels
Ask them to follow us on our socials so they will be updated
Website Promotion
We post their show on podcastnetwork.asia so if people search them on Google, they can see it and once they click on it, the RSS feed and Spotify player are embedded so people can listen to it from there
Updated as needed for themed episodes/podcasts (ex: For Mental Health Month, we create a playlist of podcast episodes that talk about this topic)
Requirements
PR official photo so if they guest on other shows, we can use it or if we create a feature article for them, we can also use it
Host Bio - if we create an article for them, we can refer to that

Upload the audio file
Wait for Descript to transcribe
Play then for all misheard words, highlight the word then click Correct or E then edit the word
Edit the Speaker Labels on the left side of the transcript
Once done, click File -> Export -> Text
Make sure the paragraph breaks and speaker labels are checked on the timestamp options

Go to podcastnetwork.asia/wp-admin
Log in using the username and password (Refer to Access Sheet)
In the left panel, click Shows
Click Add New
Input show title
Make sure it's accurate with the ones uploaded on Spotify or other podcast streaming platforms
(Ex: Heal and Flow is wrong; Heal & Flow - A Guided Meditation Podcast is right)
Input show description, edit if necessary if it's written in first person
Search for podcasters' socials, input it on the website
Search for the podcaster's official website (if applicable) and put it on the website
Include Spotify embed code
To get this, go to Spotify > search for the show > Share > Embed show > Copy link
In the RSS feed section, put this code: [podcastplayer feed_url ='RSS FEED HERE']
Request the RSS feed from the assigned producer of the show
Make sure it's on Text, not Visual
In the right panel, click Show then click which category the show falls under (Comedy, Horror, Relationships, etc.)
Click which country (PH or Indo)
In the featured image, upload the cover art
Make sure the cover art has PNA and PM logos
Schedule the post on the release date of the podcast
Scroll up and in the Status & Visibility part, click preferred date and time
Schedule
Log in to PNA Facebook Account (You will be added as an admin if you will be handling social media postings)
Switch from your personal account to PNA Account so you could see the "Manage Account" button
On the leftmost panel, you will see "Meta Business Suite" button
After clicking this button, you can now schedule postings for both PNA FB and PNA IG
Input desired caption, date of publishing, and specific time per platform. We usually schedule for 7-8 pm since it is our peak hours in terms of engagement.
Click "Schedule" and a prompt will appear that post has been scheduled.
Click "Publish" to publish a post immediately.
