Look up if they use their free credit. If they did, say yes but deduct to the monthly credit
If existing podcasters, look at their plan. Case to case basis. Dig deep (may we know why?) Look up if they used up their credit. If it happens a few times, bring it up to Sales (or Ellen) to upsell
Level of TLC but don't bring it home. Say yes, but always trade-off
Ask for an acknowledgment to deduct credit
