Annotated Bibliography
Jingchen and Ruilin (2009) conducted a research on how multiple intelligences affects the effectiveness of teaching and assessment methods. As children differs with their own specialty on each aspect of multiple intelligences assessment methods should also adapt. Based on their research linguistic intelligence students are best suited for oral reports and writing presentations, logical-mathematical are for problem-solving and cause/effect assessment, visual-spatial are for charts and photographs, intrapersonal are for introspecting one’s own learning experiences, music intelligence for music appreciation and performance, interpersonal are for collaborative peer reviews, naturalist for classification for reports, and bodily kinesthetic for acting and dancing. As each student have their own strengths and weaknesses, knowing first one self’s strength on multiple intelligence is the first step. Though as good as it may sound, this may not be applicable on our current setting. Even back then without the pandemic the teacher’s teaching load is too heavy due to the large number of students, shortage of classrooms, and lack of learning spaces on schools.

Reflection
In the Philippines the average classroom size in a traditional setting is 50 students (DepEd, 2008) but during the pandemic, its number dwindled as not everyone can access a remote online class. Though there's no data that states the average number of students inside an online class in the Philippines, base on my experience during my practice teaching days, I would have at least 18-25 students in each class. Though relatively smaller than the average inside a traditional classroom, handling multiple students is still no easy feat. Each of those students are different from one another, may it be gender, religion, culture, ethnicity, and any other classifications. Therefore we teachers always needs to take consideration these specifications before addressing them as you might hurt or trample someone's beliefs or culture if you are not careful enough when speaking to them during class discussion.
