Reach out to GenZs and artists in California, who are main targets of their product. Conduct customer discovery and find people who are willing to help us with marketing in the US.
Find partners in the entertainment industry for marketing purposes. They have successfully collaborated with Japanese companies and GenZ communities to organize art and entertainment events, and they want to replicate this success in the US. LA, being the home of Hollywood and the biggest entertainment industry, offers the best opportunities for such partnerships.
Expanding globally also requires finding investors who can support them. While global VCs are their priority, investment divisions of Hollywood agencies and celebrity funds would be excellent partners as well.
Already, they have introduced their platform to firms in LA like MTV and CAA, and some Hollywood artists have joined their community. During the program, they will continue expanding their network through these connections.
