Need to Knows
Practices will start September 5th, 2023 for 5th grade only, or anyone who wants to join us!
Practice for all grades (5-8) begins September 6th, 2023.
Friday practices will end at 3:45pm
To be eligible to run at the meet ALL forms MUST be completed and turned in BEFORE our first race.
Attendance is MANDATORY the day before meets. In order to be eligible to run in a meet, students MUST attend practice the day prior.
Three unexcused absences will result in missing an upcoming meet.

Sheboygan Lutheran Meet- September 25th, 2023. Bus leaves at 3:00 pm.
Cedar Grove-Belgium Meet- October 2nd, 2023. Bus leaves at 3:00 pm.
Invite Team - Meet at Kettle Moraine Lutheran- October 11th.
Necessities
For Practice:
Shoes- be sure they are comfortable enough to run long distances in!
Socks
Shorts/Pants
Sweatshirt/Tshirt- NO Tank tops or cut tshirts that expose chest area skin please!
Water Bottle
Healthy Snacks- bananas, string cheese, granola bars, etc.
For Meets:
