UNIT 5 - FICTION/NON-FICTION BASED

This final ELA unit combines both fiction and non-fiction through the topic of WWII. On a fiction level, students will read a WWII novel with their flexible reading group. On a non-fiction level, students will spend extensive time reading various primary and secondary non-fiction articles to evaluate the events leading up to, during and after the Holocaust and WWII.
