PlayWI (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our") operates various mobile games and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use any of our Services.
We do not collect or store direct personal information (such as your real name, email address, or phone number) on our own private servers. To provide and improve our Service, we utilize specialized third-party providers:
Authentication & Gaming Services: We use Google Play Games Services and Apple Game Center for user login, identity verification, and to manage a unique User ID for Firebase Authentication and Unity Gaming Services (UGS).
Leaderboards & Progress: Your profile ID, nickname, and game-specific scores are processed through UGS, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center to display global rankings and synchronize game progress across devices.
Analytics: We use Firebase (Google Analytics) to collect non-identifying information (e.g., session duration, in-game events, device model, and OS version) to analyze performance and improve gameplay.
Advertising Identifiers: We may collect device-specific identifiers such as Android Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA to provide personalized advertisements through our partners.
We process information for the following purposes:
Service Functionality: To authenticate users, maintain global leaderboards, and ensure game data (such as levels cleared) is saved and synced.
Advertising: To display advertisements via Google AdMob and its mediation partners (including IronSource, Unity Ads, and other authorized partners).
Optimization: To monitor technical performance, fix bugs, and analyze user behavior to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular game, our Services generally do not include in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. We do not collect or process any financial or billing information.
We value your right to control your data.
In-App Deletion: Within our games that support login functionality, you can permanently delete your game account and all associated data (including rankings and progress) via the "Delete Account" button in the settings menu.
Manual Request: You may also request the deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@playwi.net.
Note: Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, all game progress and associated data will be permanently removed from the third-party gaming services we utilize.
iOS Users: Manage tracking permissions via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android Users: Reset your GAID or opt-out of personalized ads via Settings > Google > Ads.
International Rights: Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have specific rights to access, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
