Note: The programs, organizations, and facilities you see are controlled by the "Community" drop-down at the top right corner of the page. Ensure you are in the County in which the programming is taking place or provincial view if applicable.
On mobile devices, the community list is accessed via the 3-bar icon ("hamburger menu") at the top right:
Start by going to your "Profile" where the individuals are listed.
There are two methods of registering for a program:
1) One person at a time via the "Register" button beside their name, or
2) Multiple individuals at once via the "Register Multiple Individuals" button above the list of family members.
When registering one person at a time, the "Register [Name]" button for an individual on your profile will reveal a list of Organizations in the community with open programming. After submitting org(s), a custom list of programming that the person is eligible for will appear. Using the checkboxes, select one or more opportunities and submit. If any of these programs have additional questions or waivers associated to them, this will pop up on the page following submission. Please complete and submit these or the registration will not be complete.
The "Final Confirmation" page is an opportunity to REMOVE unwanted programs from your submission. Leave BLANK to keep the selection(s) you desire.
If registering multiple family members at once, the "Register Multiple Individuals" button above the list of people on your profile will bring up a list of individuals from your family profile, select which individuals you would like to submit registrations for (using the checkboxes). The following page will show a custom list of programming options for each person, select desired programs via checkboxes and submit. The page for additional questions and waivers will pop up if applicable - submit answers. A final confirmation page will show all the family members and programs you are about to submit registration for, you have the opportunity to check off any that you'd like removed from your submission.
Once a registration request is submitted via either method, you will immediately see a message appear stating whether you are pending, confirmed or waitlisted in each program registered for. You will also receive emails notifying you of the status of your registration(s) and any changes in status that occur. Payment is only due once the status is "Confirmed", which is sometimes immediate or may take longer if the organization is doing it manually.
