Agent Binding Authority

For a HO-3 when coverage A hits $1.5 million or above it has to be referred to Underwriting for review.  For California when coverage A hits $1 million or above it has to be referred to Underwriting for review.

Maximum Home Values

We do not have a set maximum home value limit.  Our target on the high end is about $2.5 million to $3 million; however, every risk with coverage A of $1.5 million and above we look at on a case by case basis.

$250 for GL only and $500 for BOP 20 Years
