MVRs

This one works on a credit system.  On a policy that you close, for each driver included on the policy, you get 2 credits.  For each MVR you run, it costs 1 credit.  At the end of the month if you have a negative balance of credits, you are charged for each of those negative credits.  The balance of credits resets to 0 every month.

If you close a policy within 30 days of running an MVR for it, you will not be charged.
