HS Cabin Leaders

Are you a high school sophomore, junior, or senior that would like to serve as a leader of a cabin group at Camp Lakewood for one of the Parkway 6th grade teams? The window for applying for the 2017-18 school year is May 12, 2017 to August 25, 2017. Applying to be a Cabin Leader is just three easy steps (See directions below).

STEP 1: A student must have met the following requirements to be eligible to be selected as a Cabin Leader:

• Must complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Completed the online application form (See Step 2).
  • Three teacher referrals must have been submitted (See Step 3).
  • School dismissal and health forms (Provided upon your selection by team director).
• Must be in good academic and behavioral standing.
• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior.

Students may check the status of their application by calling the Department of Healthy Youth Programs at 314-415-7098.

STEP 2: Click on the form below and complete the application for the Parkway school that you attend. YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN WITH YOUR PARKWAY GOOGLE ACCOUNT!!!!

STEP 3: Click on the Teacher Referral document below for the Parkway school that you attend. Make (3) three hard copies of the letter and fill in the blank spaces with your personal information. Hand deliver a letter to (3) three different teachers, counselors, or coaches that know you best and ask them to complete the online referral. ONLY PARKWAY STAFF WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE LINK THAT IS DISPLAYED IN THE REFERRAL LETTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO USE GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER AND LOGIN WITH YOUR PARKWAY ACCOUNT WHEN ACCESSING THE TEACHER REFERRAL FORM.

If you are having difficulty accessing the Teacher Referral form on Google you may choose to print a hard copy of the form and send via Interschool Mail or USPS to the Parkway Outdoor School Department Office at Parkway Instructional Services Center, Suite 2120, 12657 Fee Fee Rd, Creve Coeur, MO, 63146).
