Good Morning Again PJMS
Thank you to all our students who participated in the NYS Math assessment.
Tonight is our Student Council's Pizza Fundraiser at Len and Jo's The Flyer is attached.
After school AIS is today -don't waste an opportunity to get some extra help in ELA and Math
As we get closer to the end of the year we ask students to participate in some groups that help the entire school and the district. For instance there is a group of 8th graders who is working on updating the Code of Conduct. Another group of 7th and 8th graders will participate in a RoundTable Discussion to talk about this school year and plan for next year. So...CHECK YOUR EMAIL!! You may be asked to join in an activity! If you hear of something from your friends and want to join, all you have to do is ask Ms Lain.
There are many activities available to our PJMS students. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in as many as you'd like. Remember, your real job is to remain focused on your academics. This is the final marking period of the year, your effort now will impact moving to the next grade level.
Please remain aware of COVID and our ability to contact trace.
Masks are worn at all times covering your mouth and nose.
Stay 3' apart from your Cohort/Homeroom and 6' apart from everyone else
7th graders are reminded that your cell phones remain in your lockers at all times.
Today is an odd numbered day, so Black Team (7th and 8th) leave at each periods' dismissal bell and RedTeam goes at the bell 2 minutes later.

Good Morning PJMS.
We are going to hold back for morning announcements until after testing.
All NYS assessments require a secure testing environment. This is super important because it means we are responsible to each other to obey all the rules
All cell phones must be in lockers
No other electronic devices in the testing rooms
All students must use a School Chromebook for testing
Listen to all the directions that your teachers read
This is a much shorter test than you are accustomed to. So take your time and do your best
The scores are not recorded on your report card or affect your grades in any way.
Please follow directions for moving to different testing sites.
Remote students:
Please check into each class.
Work on the posted assignments.
Your regular classes will resume following testing
