Sophomore class, please check your email or the Class of 2025 Google Classroom to vote for your Spirit Week theme. There have been some changes to the options and voting will end at the end of the school day, today.
Port Jervis Varsity Volleyball won 25-17, 25-8, 25-11 over opponent Middletown on Friday night. Lexi Tufano had 17 assists and 16 points, Madison Balmos had 13 points and seven digs and Ali Oosterum had seven kills for Port (2-0). JV Volleyball, once again, came out on top in winning all three sets in their match with Middletown. 25-19, 25-8, 25-11. Today they will be tested when they travel to Minisink for a non-league match. Wish them well when you see them in the halls today! Saturday, 9/17 the volleyball program will be at the HS running a car wash! Join us from 10-2 on Saturday and the team promises your car will look as good as new!
TOMORROW:
VEX Robotics will have its first meeting this year Tuesday 9/13 after school at 2:15 in room 101 (Tech Room). All are welcome to come find out about building robots and competitions. Please see Mr. Hyziak or Ms. West-Barnes with any questions.
The first GSA meeting of the year will be next Wednesday, September 14th. We will be meeting in the HS guidance office at 2:15. All are welcome!
Thursday, September 15th from 5-8pm help support the PJHS Senior Class by eating out or ordering take in from Ben’s Fresh. Please see the flier at the bottom of the announcements for more details.
Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-room 310 & period 8 room 103.

Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit. If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one. Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side. Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
