DECA School Store Closed today, Thursday, October 31st! Happy Halloween!!
Due to the Halloween parade, the library will be closed TODAY during per 10. Also closed during periods 6/7, 7L and 8/7.
Seniors will be called down at 12:15 to prepare for the parade that starts at 12:40 (start of period 10)
Attention all students in grades 7-12: Boys and Girls Varsity bowling is back at Port Jervis!! Signups are now taking place on FamilyID.com. There will be an informational meeting on Thursday, November 7 right after school in Room 107.
Indoor track sign ups are now open. First practice will be 11/18/24. If you have any questions, speak to Coach Wright in room 109.
Auditions for this year's musical, Annie will be on tomorrow, November 1st from 2:15-4:30 in room 125. Please join the Drama Club Classroom or see Mrs. Gordon for more information.

FALL BACK–time change–this weekend you will gain an hour of extra sleep. Remember to set your clocks BACK one hour before bed on Saturday night.

The PJYC---Port Jervis Youth Coalition--- is a group of PJHS students with the mission to guide our peers to wellness and encourage respect in order to reduce the use of substances by educating each other to improve the environment of our school community. Join us for our next meeting, Wednesday, November 6th at 2:25pm in room 103.

Time: We will depart from the HS at 8:00 AM and return at approximately 6:00 PM
Cost: $120.00 Cash, Check or Money Order made out to GSA due by December 1st includes ticket and transportation via Leprechaun buses (these buses have AC and usb charging ports). If it is easier, you can pay for your ticket in two $60 payments or three $40 payments.

Port Jervis Mock Trial meets every Monday in room 261 (formerly 311). Mock Trial is a competition in which students argue a legal case against other schools before a New York state judge. It is the perfect activity for anyone interested in the law, debate, or public speaking. New members are always welcome. Please see Mr. Dunleavy or Nurse Weinick for more information.
