• TODAY:

  • Juniors: Your Krispy Kreme orders are coming in today! Stop by Room 311 after 10:00 to pick them up. All orders should be picked up by 2:30 today.

  • The library is closed today periods 5, 6, 8 & 9.

  • There is NO JV & Varsity Cheerleading practice today.

  • HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH: Honduras Honduras, the country of Natural Wonders, is considered to be the cradle of the Mayan civilization. Copan Mayan Ruins are considered the most important ruins for the fully intact hieroglyphs. They are the main source of how we know Maya history today. The buses in Honduras are called chicken buses. These buses are painted colorfully and often used by locals as a way of transporting stock. This also includes livestock such as chickens, hence the name. More than 50% of the country lives below poverty levels.

• TOMORROW: 

  • Tuesday, October 4th, there will be Raider Readiness at the beginning of each lunch period in the auditorium.

• Underclass Photo Day will be held Thursday, October 6th. Grades 9, 10, & 11 have been scheduled with their English teachers.  No purchase is required. However, all students are to sit for a photo for  their individual student ID cards & the yearbook.  Staff is also invited to sit for a photo for the yearbook.

• Youth in Government students who wish to go on the October trip MUST return their permission forms to Mrs.Perkowski in the library by Friday the 7th. If you have questions or need a permission form, check the Google Classroom or see Mrs. Perkowski.

• There will be a brief informational meeting regarding this year's Spring Musical production on Tuesday, October 11th, at 2:30 in Mrs. Gordon's room, 125.  We will be going over auditions, rehearsal schedules, performances and announcing this year's show! If you are interested in joining the DRAMA CLUB Classroom for 22-23, please click the link below.  This will be all information for auditions, casting and rehearsal information, and will also announce when stage crew is needed.  Please feel free to share the link with friends! • SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:

Applications are now open for Sobo & Sobo’s Annual Scholarship Contest (2022-2023)! This year, high school seniors who are attending a two or four-year college immediately after graduating are invited to submit a 30 to 60 second video. Applicants are invited to visit Sobolaw.com/Scholarship for more further instructions and details about the scholarship contest, or email the Sobo Scholarship Committee at scholarship@sobolaw.com with any questions or concerns.

• Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-guidance conference & period 8 room 103.

• DECA School Store Open!!! Come down and check us out!  Hours;  Right after school Mon - Friday 2:15 to 3:30.  See you there!!!

• Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit.  If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one.  Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side.  Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
