On Tuesday, October 15th three of our doubles teams qualified: Olivia Baumgardner & Jocelyn Curreri, Grace Cirulli & Kayleigh Wright, Brielle Rene & Caroline Centauro. These athletes all played very hard. Grace Cirulli and her partner Kayleigh Wright won in their first round matchup against Beacon.
On Wednesday, October 16th Michelle Gimena and Yara Shihada participated in the OCIAA singles tennis tournament. The girls played very well and Michelle won her first match against Monticello while Yara nearly won in a hard fought three set battle against Pine Bush.
On Monday, October 21st the Varsity volleyball team will honor their seniors: Jules Elston, Ashlyn Overland, Kaleigh Polanis, Mikayla Sobolewski, and Kiki Theodore. Join us at 6:00 pm to help us celebrate them!
On Monday, October 21st at 2:30 pm in room 200 A(the old HS library) there will be an informational meeting for any student enrolled in a college science course interested in attending the Winter Ecology field trip in January to Lake Placid and the Adirondack Mountains. A lunchtime popcorn sale sponsored by the SADD Club will be on Wednesday, October 23 in support of the county wide Red Ribbon Week. $1 per bag with all proceeds to benefit the Class of 2025 Senior Big Prize Giveaway Graduation Party. SADD Contracts for Life will also be available for all students to take home, discuss with their family, and return to school.
