As of November 4th, the cafeteria will close at 7:28 am sharp. Breakfast will be served up until 7:28. Get your food first, then visit with your friends.
The Student Council will be holding the Fund the Feast Gobble 'till you Wobble donation drive (formally Coins for a Cause during Spirit Week). With this epic battle of the first-period classes, students who collect the most money will win a bagel party for their class.
Rules:
The Student Council officers will bring a container to the first-period teacher and one will be placed in the library
Classes can collect bills and change.
The class with the most money will win a bagel party. Money will be calculated per student, so smaller classes have just the same chance of winning as larger ones.
Dates to collect are November 4-November 13th the party will be the following week.
All proceeds collected will go to the Thanksgiving Turkey Baskets.

The PJYC---Port Jervis Youth Coalition--- is a group of PJHS students with the mission to guide our peers to wellness and encourage respect in order to reduce the use of substances by educating each other to improve the environment of our school community. SENIOR PORTRAITS: Senior portrait retakes will be on NOVEMBER 6th. If you need a retake OR still need your photo taken, this is the last chance to be included in the 2025 Senior section of the Yearbook. There is no cost for the initial sitting, however, if you have already had a photo sitting and wish to have your pictures retaken, there is a retake fee of $10. Port Jervis Mock Trial meets every Monday in room 261 (formerly 311). Mock Trial is a competition in which students argue a legal case against other schools before a New York state judge. It is the perfect activity for anyone interested in the law, debate, or public speaking. New members are always welcome. Please see Mr. Dunleavy or Nurse Weinick for more information.
