Mental Health Awareness Month
Taking care of yourself and building your coping skills for stress is a great way to boost your mental wellbeing. Focus on the basics---nourish yourself with healthy foods, prioritize sleep, and stay hydrated. Then try to add in some mindfulness.
4 Ways to Practice Mindfulness Right Now
Stop what you're doing and take a breath. Take a moment to notice the sensation of your breath.
Put down your phone.
Do one thing at a time.
Find mindful moments in everyday tasks.
